We're excited to launch SgTxGNN, a drug repurposing prediction platform specifically designed for Singapore's healthcare ecosystem.

What is SgTxGNN?

SgTxGNN uses Harvard's TxGNN model to predict potential new uses for drugs already approved by Singapore's Health Sciences Authority (HSA). Our platform provides:

• 31,543 predictions across 745 drugs
• Dual validation using both Knowledge Graph and Deep Learning methods
• FHIR R4 API for integration with healthcare systems
• SMART on FHIR apps for EHR integration

Why Drug Repurposing?

Traditional drug development takes 10-15 years and costs over $1 billion. Drug repurposing offers a faster, more cost-effective alternative by finding new uses for existing medications that already have established safety profiles.
